A Kaleidoscope is a tube of mirrors containing loose coloured beads or pebbles. The viewer looks in one end and light enters the other end, reflecting off the mirrors. As the tube is rotated, the tumbling of the colourful objects presents the viewer with varying colours and patterns. The pattern of shapes show up as a beautiful symmetric pattern because of the reflections in the mirrors. Not that words can demonstrate just how beautiful some of these patterns can be. And now you can make your very own Kaleidoscope! You will receive a box full of tubes, mirrors, beads, lenses and instructions. It only takes a short while to assemble a very satisfying Kaleidoscope with rotating chamber. You receive various coloured beads but you can actually fill the chamber with lots of different things.
